VFT Sensor Assembly Replacement

The center post on some Viper Force Transducer sensor assemblies can loosen over time due to material creep. If your VFT is affected, we will replace the entire sensor assembly free of charge.

This replacement applies to the side stick controller versions of the VFT that allow stick deflection. It does not apply to the fixed Cougar housing version. To qualify, fill out the form below with the order number from your original purchase and upload a photo of your device so we can confirm it is the correct version.

Once we verify your order and photo, we will create a replacement order under your account and email you the confirmation. Nothing is charged unless you choose the optional Gen 5 control board upgrade, in which case we will email you an invoice before your replacement ships.
